We want you to cherish your Hirotaka pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and certificates of authenticity are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original Hirotaka gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the piece for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
